2007 Festival May 18/19/20
 

What a wonderful Dance Festival we had last weekend (May 18/19/20).  The rain stopped and the sun came out ready for our street parade on the Saturday afternoon.  The afternoon demonstrations from our guests was truly second to none -  great variety and a pleasure to watch. All the workshops were well attended and enjoyed by all.  The evening dances and ceilidhs were also well attended and enjoyed. 

Sunday evening saw a change to the usual event.  We held a concert instead of a ceilidh.  The Peter Danco Dance Group was extremely entertaining.  They are a very talented group of Slovakian dancers and musicians and they gave a very enjoyable performance. Also taking part were: the Llanwrtyd Wells Youth Brass Band,  Doe Herbert & Jas,   We had a lot of talent appearing in the Strand Hall on Sunday evening.

We would like thank very much indeed all the visiting groups for your contribution . We very much appreciate your support.

We would like to thank all of you that either took part in the workshops and/or dances and ceilidhs.  Without your continuing support there would not be a festival.

We would also like to thank all of you that have worked so hard to make this festival happen.
